Hi, I’m Cindy, a lifelong crafter from Houston, Texas, and the creative behind my embroidery shop!

Inspired by my crafty entrepreneurial grandmother Peggy and my always encouraging mom Lyn, I’ve been making things for as long as I can remember. From sewing, home renovations, knitting to needlepoint, travel, silversmithing, laser cutting, and probably more crafts than I can recall, I’ve always loved trying something new. Machine embroidery really resonated with me and it checked off so many fun boxes! 

Machine embroidery was the great thing that came out of the COVID era for me. While making masks, I decided they just had to be monogrammed—and a new passion was born! 

I’m thrilled to be offering my updated traditional-style designs for you to enjoy. I love the timeless charm of traditional designs with a fresh, updated feel, and I hope you find something that inspires your next project.

Meet My Assistants 🐾!
I’m also a huge animal lover! The three dogs featured on my homepage—Sushi, Mr. Bean, and Dude—are the best assistants! They keep me company, supervise my stitching, and make sure there’s always someone around for a little love and a much-needed break!

The best part? This has become a family hobby! I’m so happy to have inspired my uber talented daughter, Corry of The Colorful Stitcher, and my sister, Jennifer of Sarasota Monogram, to discover machine embroidery, too. Be sure to visit their Etsy shops and see what they’re stitching!
