Importantly, note your company name, the third party company (if any) who will fulfill the stitching of the design and the name of the design itself in the personalization field.\u003c\/p\u003e  \n\n\u003cp\u003eThese license terms apply globally and you agree to them by purchasing the license no matter where you or your third-party stitcher is physically located.\u003c\/p\u003e \n\n\u003cp\u003eProducing any of Shop Stitch Me up's commercially is not permitted for above 250 stitched items without further extended license.  Any license purchased is non-exclusive which means other makers may also purchase the right to commercially stitch the same or other SSMU's embroidery designs.
