Commercial License Fee for 51-100 Embroidery Uses

This listing covers one of Shop Stitch Me Up's (SSMU) embroidery designs that you designate within this listing purchase in the personalization field and which you intend to produce/stitch on 51–100 individual items or to have stitched by a third party on your company’s behalf.

The embroidery commercial license fee must be purchased in addition to purchasing the design itself. Importantly, note your company name, the third party company (if any) who will fulfill the stitching of the design and the name of the design itself in the personalization field.

These license terms apply globally and you agree to them by purchasing the license no matter where you or your third-party stitcher is physically located.

Producing any of Shop Stitch Me up's commercially is not permitted for above 100 stitched items without an extended license. Any license purchased is non-exclusive which means other makers may also purchase the right to commercially stitch the same or other SSMU's embroidery designs. Purchasing this license grants you the right to embroider and sell products using the design within the license limitations.

This license allows small-scale commercial use only and does not authorize high-volume production (101+ items).

Why 51 specifically? Well, my shop's policy grants up to 50 personal or small business commercial uses free of licensing fees when you purchase a design from me. If you plan on producing anything more than 50 that is considered commercial and would require a commercial license.
